The service

Your acquisition,
quietly handled.

From first conversation to dealer handover, one private point of contact keeps the work joined up.

Not a dealer. Not a marketplace. Not another search alert.

We represent the buyer. That distinction shapes everything: where we look, what we question, how we negotiate and who receives your money.

01

Introduction

A concise conversation about the car, your timing and the way you prefer to work.

02

Brief and terms

Requirements, hard noes, authority and fee structure are recorded before work begins.

03

Market work

We search credible retail stock, dealer networks, incoming cars and cancelled orders.

04

Assessment

History, condition, specification, warranty, seller and price position are checked.

05

Private shortlist

Only credible candidates appear in your private area, with compromises made clear.

06

Negotiation

Once authorised, we negotiate in your name and maintain a written offer trail.

07

Approval

You review the exact vehicle, final price, saving and our separate fee before deciding.

08

Purchase and handover

You contract with and pay the dealer directly. We coordinate the rest.

Commercial clarity

One rate.
Shown plainly.

The fixed rate is 20%. Acquisition commission is calculated only from the direct, evidenced saving against the dealer’s written position, never from the value of the car.

  • Vehicle payment goes directly to the dealer
  • Acquisition commission is 20% of the verified saving
  • If instructed, management of approved third-party work uses the same fixed 20% rate
  • PPF, transport, servicing and repair costs are itemised rather than quietly inflated
  • Every amount is shown before you approve it

Useful answers

Before you enquire.

Is Shakir Sourcing open to everyone?+

No. It is a private, invitation-only service. An enquiry is a request for an introduction, not an automatic instruction or account.

What happens after I submit an enquiry?+

Every enquiry is reviewed personally. We will respond within two working days to say whether the brief appears suitable and, where appropriate, arrange an introduction.

Who receives payment for the vehicle?+

You contract with and pay the supplying dealer directly. Shakir Sourcing does not hold vehicle stock or take the vehicle purchase balance.

How does the fee work?+

One fixed 20% rate applies. Acquisition commission is 20% of the verified vehicle saving. If separately instructed to manage approved third-party work, the same 20% rate applies to those approved costs. Every amount is shown before approval.

What kinds of cars and briefs are suitable?+

The service is most useful where provenance, specification, condition, seller quality, negotiation or coordination justify careful work. We will say plainly when a brief is not a sensible fit.

Can I change my mind after seeing the shortlist?+

Yes. A preferred car can be removed without deleting the vehicle, feedback or history. You can return to the curated shortlist and continue comparing credible options.

How private is the process?+

Public visitors cannot browse client cars or records. Enquiry and acquisition details are used for the requested service, and transaction details are not published without specific written consent.
